...Fitbit Inc. to offer its plan sponsor clients access to a new, wearables-based return-to-work program called "Ready to Work." The program is designed for employees who cannot work from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Members will use Fitbit devices to monitor resting heart rate, heart rate variability and breathing rate, and these metrics will be aggregated into a daily check-in feature along with self-logged symptoms to help employees make informed decisions about going to work. Regence currently enrolls 1,857,841 million lives across its four regional brands, with 39.0% enrolled in a group risk-based commercial health insurance plan.
