FDA grants EUA for Moderna's COVID-19 vaccine
The FDA has granted emergency use authorization to Moderna for its
two-dose COVID-19 vaccine after an independent panel recommended doing so,
making it the second vaccine with an EUA for the disease. Shipments of the
vaccine started Sunday, and deliveries as well as administration of the first
doses are expected today.
