Today, the Centers
for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the FFY 2019
Form CMS-416 dataset on Medicaid.gov. This provides information on
children’s receipt of Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and
Treatment (EPSDT) services in all 50 states plus Washington DC. This data
is reported by states to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
(CMS).
The data are posted
under, “Annual EPSDT Reporting Using the Form CMS-416” and are updated
as of October 23, 2020. Please send any questions related to Form
CMS-416 or the data to the EPSDT mailbox at EPSDT@cms.hhs.gov .
