Consumers stuck with their pandemic-induced at-home habits
Why it matters: Many consumers are retaining home-based dining,
entertainment and work habits from early in the pandemic, including reductions
in visits to gyms and hair salons. Employees were working 1.7 days per week at
home in November, up 0.6 days from before the pandemic, and expect to continue
a higher rate of at-home work.
