Today, the Centers for Medicare
& Medicaid Services (CMS) released the Medicaid and CHIP Telework
Playbook. This playbook provides states with examples of how organizations
have adapted to the shift to telework during the COVID-19 Public Health
Emergency that allowed them to maintain their work capacity to continue to
provide essential services during emergencies, office closures, or other
unforeseen events that limit in-person work. The playbook is a resource for
states interested in accelerating the adoption and improvement in telework
practices during events that limit in-person work.
