add nonprofit ag health plans to dispute resolution rules
TDI
proposes to amend the rules for Out-of-Network Claim Dispute Resolution
and Disclosures by Out-of-Network Providers to include health benefits
offered by nonprofit agriculture organizations, as added by House Bill
3924.
