Does My Business Qualify?

To offer health and/or dental coverage to your employees through the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP), your small business or non-profit organization must have one to 50 full-time equivalent employees (FTEs), as well as meet some other requirements. Use the FTE Employee Calculator to count your FTEs and see if you qualify for SHOP!

Note: To qualify for SHOP, you must have at least one full-time employee other than owners, business partners, and spouses and other family members of owners and business partners.
