The Department of Justice's antitrust division this week...
...cleared Cigna to acquire
Express Scripts. The two companies are still waiting for additional approvals
from state insurance departments, but now expect the deal to close by the end
of the year. Cigna ranks No. 4 in the nation for health plan enrollment, with
16,167,508 members as of the second quarter of 2018.
