Public Comment Period Extension for the Medicaid Fiscal Accountability Regulatio

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has extended the public comment period for the proposed Medicaid Fiscal Accountability Regulation by fifteen additional days. The new comment period deadline is 5 p.m. EST on February 1, 2020. 
This change has been formally announced as a Notice in the Federal Register. Please submit any comment that CMS should consider in this rulemaking process through the Federal Register.

  1. The Medicaid program only covers US citizens or legal permanent residents. People residing in the country under various visa conditions and tourist visiting the country are not covered by the program. homemade pizza for diabetic
