Rep. Neal upbeat on retirement savings bill

Congress could vote on a bipartisan bill that helps Americans save for retirement as early as this year or "certainly very early next year," says House Ways and Means Committee Chair Richard Neal, D-Mass. Some of the bill's provisions would improve retirement security, while others would provide relief during the coronavirus pandemic, says Paul Richman, chief government and political affairs officer for the Insured Retirement Institute.
