TDI sets hearing
on chemical dependency treatment standards
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will have an online hearing at 11
a.m. November 24 on proposed rule changes related to chemical
dependency treatment standards. The proposal repeals a TDI rule and
directs regulated entities to use the standards adopted by the Texas
Health and Human Services Commission. Visit the TDI
