TDI sets hearing
on proposed provider network rule
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) will have a hearing at 10 a.m.
November 23 on its proposed provider network rule. The proposed rule
implements legislative changes related to provider networks and
eliminates certain requirements for Medicaid and Children’s Health
Insurance Program (CHIP) plans that duplicate other reviews. Visit the TDI
