More than one-third of human capital executives recently
surveyed said that they expect a significant number of their employees (40
percent or more) will still work primarily remotely one year after COVID-19
subsides. This is in stark contrast to prepandemic, when most organizations
(nearly 75 percent) had fewer than 10 percent of their employees who
primarily worked remotely. |
