acquisition of Fidelis Care. Fidelis Care's New York State Catholic Health Plan
is the fifth largest Medicaid managed care plan in the country, with 1,203,704
lives. The transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of
2018, will also mark Centene's entrance into the New York insurance market.
