TDI adopts updates to independent review organization rules

The Texas Department of Insurance has adopted updates to the rules independent review organizations must follow when providing notification of determinations for appeals from adverse determinations of certain health benefits. These updates are to comply with changes in state. Visit the TDI website for a copy of the adoption order.
