Inc., Centene Corp. this week said it has agreed to sell its Illinois managed
Medicaid business, IlliniCare, to CVS Health, the parent company of Aetna.
IlliniCare currently operates the third-largest managed Medicaid plan in
Illinois, with 345,994 members.
