Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and its regional subsidiaries came out on top once again in CMS's latest star ratings release, with 94.4% of its Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug Plan (MA-PD) members enrolled in products with an overall five-star rating. Kaiser's group of regional managed care organizations currently serve 1,693,973 MA-PD lives.
