Salesforce got some competition
Why it matters: It's not like Salesforce is all that intuitive,
so it will be interesting to see if a collaboration between Microsoft, Adobe
and C3.ai will have the juice to loosen the stranglehold Salesforce seems to
have on the market for customer relationship management solutions.
