...it is teaming up with Signify Health to launch CommunityLink, a technology platform to assist providers in addressing patients' social welfare, in Philadelphia in 2021. The program will connect IBX's providers to community-based organizations that address nonmedical services crucial to health outcomes, such as food insecurity, housing placement and transportation. Independence Blue Cross is currently the second-largest insurer in Pennsylvania, with 1,793,099 members.
