chair will be Richard Fisher, former President and CEO of the Federal Reserve
Bank of Dallas. Other members include former Surgeon General of the U.S.
Army, Dr. Nadja West and Richard Mark, Chairman and President of Ameren
Illinois Company, according to a press release. |
