pre-pandemic service levels, there's one challenge many of them are sharing: a labor
shortage. Widespread burnout, mixed with a temporary $300
unemployment bonus set to expire in September, plus a few other factors, are
making many restaurants understaffed. And some are turning to staffing apps to
plug the holes.
