Culture and Health: Diabetes Care in
Indian Country

Diabetes programs across the United States collect
feedback from program participants and family members to understand the
cultural identities of the people they serve. During this webinar,
presenters will highlight the importance of culturally sensitive care
through traditional foods, traditional physical activities, and native
language. They will offer insights for tribes, health care providers,
researchers, policy makers, and others interested in diabetes care.
