Innovative care systems needed in safety-net hospitals

Investment in innovative care delivery is needed for underfunded US safety-net health systems, which provide a disproportionate level of care to low-income communities of color most affected by COVID-19, write Dr. Urmimala Sarkar and Dr. Alice Hm Chen, both professors at the University of California at San Francisco and physicians at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital's Richard H.
