...its Affordable Care Act exchange offerings to four new states in 2019. The insurer is already the exchange market leader, with 1.76 million enrollees nationwide, up 54% from the fourth quarter of 2017. The increase stems from the rush of new sign-ups in the 2018 open enrollment period, as well as the acquisition of New York-based Fidelis Care.
