The Small Business Health Options Program gives you the flexibility and power to control the health coverage you offer to your employees.    When reviewing coverage for your business, consider: 1. Can I get help paying for SHOP? You may qualify for the Small Business Health Care Tax Credit, which could be worth up to 50% of the costs you pay toward employees’ premiums. 2. What benefits do health plans cover? All SHOP plans cover the same set of essential health benefits. 3. Can I control my premium contributions? Yes, you can decide exactly how much you contribute toward premiums and if you’ll offer coverage to your employees’ dependents.
