TDI adopts rules
for a statewide all-payor claims database
The
Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) adopts rules to implement Insurance
Code Chapter 38, Subchapter I, as added by House Bill 2090 passed in
2021. The new law relates to the creation of a statewide all-payor
claims database at the Center for Health Care Data at the University of
Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
