Nursing Home Operator Gets OK For Ch. 11 Plan

bankruptcy judge has approved former Dallas-area nursing home operator
Christian Care Centers Inc.'s Chapter 11 plan to use most of the $44.2 million
it raised when it sold its three facilities over the summer to pay its
bondholders.
