...WellCare Health Plans, Inc., in a move to prepare for CVS Health
Corp.’s acquisition of the insurer, as the purchase will not go through if the
CVS/Aetna deal is not approved. Aetna currently has 2,161,184 standalone PDP
enrollees nationwide, which would boost WellCare’s Part D membership by 210.6%.
