3 out of 4 older adults have this in common…

2022 Campaign of Hope ends soon

Have you ever gone to pick up a prescription only to find out you couldn’t afford it? Some people can only imagine what that’s like, but for others, it’s a reality. And it’s happening to more and more people right now—or they’re simply not filling prescriptions, knowing they’ll pay a different kind of price in symptoms that get worse, and more days they can’t be with the people they love.

2022 Campaign of Hope ends soon

In one recent survey, 3 out of 4 older adults reported that they can’t afford to pay more than $200 a month for their medications. That’s far below the average out-of-pocket cost of $660 a month for a specialty medication. This is a problem all across our nation and right around the corner from you.

Like you, the PAN Foundation wants that to change. And as you may know, we’re on the forefront of fighting to lower out-of-pocket medical costs through our advocacy efforts.

With all the added pressures on many older Americans right now, we need to rush immediate aid to those who can’t afford life-saving medications. Through your contribution to PAN, you can provide hope with dignity.

That’s why I’m writing to remind you to make your gift to the 2022 Campaign of Hope before it ends and join other compassionate people from around the country in changing what happens at the pharmacy counter.

Will you give now, while you’re thinking of it?
