Study uncovers insights into how seniors shop for plans

Research from the Kaiser Family Foundation found that 57% of Medicare beneficiaries didn't review their coverage or compare options when enrolling in a Medicare plan. Nearly one-third of Medicare enrollees found the program somewhat or very difficult to understand, according to The New York Times.
