distribution Biden administration officials said most people will wait months
for a COVID-19 vaccination, but recently retired or inactive physicians and
nurses will be allowed to administer vaccines as part of its strategy to
speed the distribution process. A Medical Group Management Association survey
of 403 practices found 45% of hospital- or health system-owned practices
seeking vaccine doses have not yet received any, and it called on the Biden
