Women launch podcast "I'm Ma'am as Hell" to
fight ageism
Psychiatric nurse practitioner Kyra Sposato and clinical social
worker Sandy Lafazan, who are both in their 50s, associate being called
"ma'am" with ageism in society. They have launched a podcast,
"I'm Ma'am as Hell," during which they talk about personal issues and
interview guests, such as Jimmy Levin, who helps people re-enter the workforce.
