More than 20% of Tarrant’s COVID vaccines are going to someone outside of the county

A person from Mexico was told not to come to Tarrant County as they would receive the vaccine, officials said. Other than Tarrant County, health officials have vaccinated people from Dallas, Johnson, Denton, Collin, Johnson, Parker, Ellis and Hood counties.
