Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota last week said...
...it formed a six-year value-based
payment model with Allina Health. The insurer and the 11-hospital system aim to
reduce costs by 10% over five years while providing enhanced value for Blue
Cross members. The insurer currently serves 2,217,695 members in Minnesota.
