Can a long nap be bad for you?


Why it matters: I am here to prove that long naps are good for your health as I often hit the couch after a long day of SmartBrief writing. Do I sleep more than the not-recommended 60 minutes? Yes. Do I sleep more than six hours that night? Yes. Will I end up with cardiovascular disease? Maybe, but it will be worth it. -- Janet Kahler
