Since the March 8 emergency declaration related to the COVID-19
outbreak, the Oregon Health Plan has grown by 100,000 members, or 9.3%, the
Oregon Health Authority announced. About 1 in 4 of the additional members are
new to OHP, the state's version of Medicaid, according to OHA.
