Chart adds context to physical distancing guidelines


A team of experts published a chart in The BMJ showing the risk for catching SARS-CoV-2 in different indoor and outdoor scenarios. The authors say the 6-foot physical distancing guideline is too rigid for some situations but not strong enough for others, such as a high-occupancy, poorly ventilated room where people are singing or shouting.
